How long is the shipping takes?
EU & UK Deliveries: Orders are typically delivered within 2-5 business days from the date of dispatch. Exceptions may apply for some handmade products, as specified in the product description on the product page. Delivery times may vary due to external factors such as public holidays, customs procedures, or transportation delays.
All items are shipped from our EU-based warehouses to ensure fastest EU and UK delivery.
Dispatch Times
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Which countries do you ship to?
We offer standard shipping to all EU countries and the UK. If you're located outside the EU or UK, feel free to contact us, and we’ll work with you to find a personalized shipping solution.
What is your return policy?
Return Policy
You can return items to us under the following conditions:
- We have a 30-days return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- The product should be unused, undamaged, and include all original labels.
- Personalized items, as well as underwear and socks, cannot be returned.

What are the shipping costs?
We charge shipping fees for orders under 100€:
- Within Europe: EUR 7.99
- To the UK: GBR 8.50
Please note that, since the UK is no longer part of the EU, additional fees such as import taxes may apply to your parcel. Yours Place is not responsible for these charges.
How I can track my order?
Most orders are delivered by DPD, DHL, or their local partners (e.g., PostNord, Omniva) to ensure the fastest delivery. Once your order is processed by our partner, we will send you a tracking number so you can stay updated on your delivery until it arrives.
